Shipping and Delivery Good news …. shipping is included in the final price of all paintings on Sharon McIlwain Art (SMA) website for Australia wide delivery. Sharon McIlwain Art is currently using Australia Post or Pack & Send Couriers for deliveries. PO BOXES are not acceptable as a shipping address due to the size of the parcels. Please provide a work address or a home address where there will be someone to receive the goods. Shipping/delivery times are 4-6 days from clearance of payment (please allow longer for rural areas). Goods are shipped from Lennox Head, New South Wales.
Packaging of framed paintings and stretched canvases are bubble wrapped and covered in cardboard. All paintings are checked for quality before they are shipped.
In the unlikely case your painting arrives damaged, please get in touch with me via email within 24 hours. Photos and information are required regarding the damage.
Pricing All pricing on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include delivery Australia wide.
Payment Payment is via PayPal – one of the safest and most secure payment sites in the world using state-of-the-art encryption. You don’t even need to create a PayPay account in order to use your Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card. And since the transaction takes place on the PayPal site, you can be sure that SMA won’t see or store your card details.
Sales Once transaction has been completed all sales are final. There are no refunds if you simply change your mind.
